Unable to start an UC4 ServiceManager (ends abnormally)
Resolution:
Detailed Description and Symptoms

When installing multiple ServiceManagers on a Windows 200x/7 host, the last ServiceManager installed will not start and the following messages appear in the log file:

(Example)
U0022013 Cannot create the pipe '\\pipe\UC4.ServiceManager.x.x' , error code '231'.
All pipe instances are busy.
U0022036 The number of Service Manager instances is limited to '10' instances.
U0022002 Automic ServiceManager, Version '8.00Axxx-xxx' ended abnormally.

Investigation
Check if the number of total ServiceManager instances installed exceeds 10.

Solution
Cause: Automic supports a maximum of 10 ServiceManager instances on a single Windows host.  The 11th installed SMgr instance will end abnormally and write these messages to the log file -

U0022036 The number of Service Manager instances is limited to '10' instances.
U0022002 Automic ServiceManager, Version '8.00Axxx-xxx' ended abnormally.

Workaround: There is no workaround available for this limitation for SMgr instances.
