Unable to see the APM dashboard with Executive Insight on an Apple iPad or iPhone with the Safari browser

Description:

Executive Insight opens correctly when connected to http://[host]:8080 from an iPad or iPhone Safari browser, but the APM dashboard is not shown.

Users accessing the url have access to all categories. The Executive Insight Connector to the APM MOM and business indicators are setup correctly. EEM and Executive Insight are at the current version, and MySQL was selected in the installer.

Solution:

If the Executive Insight server and the APM Enterprise Manager MOM are not time synchronized, this problem will occur.

We recommend using a Network Time Protocol (NTP) server to synchronize time between the APM MOM and Executive Insight servers to avoid this problem.
