When using remote control to connect to a host on Windows 7 or Vista, the entire screen of the host cannot be viewed. Even using the windows scroll features does not help.
Configure the DPI settings on Windows 7 or Vista.
When setting a custom DPI there is an additional option at the bottom, "Use Windows XP style DPI scaling". If this is checked the remote control session works properly, all parts of the screen can be viewed.
Selecting DPI in Vista
- Right-click on an empty space on the desktop and select "Properties" from the context menu.
- Click on "Adjust font size (DPI)".
