Unable to save Spectrum OneClick password when logging into the OneClick console

ISSUE:  Unable to save Spectrum OneClick password when logging into the OneClick console. The client checks the "Remember my password" check box but the next time the client logs in, the password is not saved and the "Remember my password" check box is not checked.

CAUSE:  The client did not download and install the JCE Unlimited Strength files onto the client machine.

 

RESOLUTION:  The installation of the JCE Unlimited Strength files are required to be installed on the client machine in order to save the password when logging into the OneClick console.
