Unable to run APM Introscope Reports

Issue:

After updating their Linux OS, the customer is unable to generate reports in the Management Module.

When running reports  they are getting error similar to this in the log:

Environment:

This was found in 10.1.0.58 on RHEL 7.4 but can impact any supported APM release running RHEL 7.4.

Cause:

This is a bug for this specific RHEL version and is planned to be fixed in a later OS release.

Resolution:

The solution is to copy the attached file to the required location. -> /etc/fonts/ folder on MOM
