Unable to process request - Server Error when trying to download an attachment from Discussion Tab in Requisitions

 

Steps to Reproduce :

 

 1. Navigate to Resource Requisitions from the Home Menu under Resource Management.

 

 2. Click on configure for this list page and navigate to the Fields sub-tab of List Column Section.

 

 3. Click on properties of Requisition Name attribute which has link to Link to the Requisition Property Page

 

 4. Navigate to the Open as Pop-up check box and check it. Click on Save and Return

 

 5.Click on any existing Requisition Name.

 

 6. The requisition will open as pop-up due to the recent settings made above.

 

 7. Navigate to the discussions tab

 

 8.Click on New and fill in the required details and attach a sample document.

 

 9. Click on Save and Return

 

 10. Click on the attachment icon

 

 Expected Result:

 The document should be downloaded 

 

  Actual Result:

  Unable to process request : Server Error

  Error found in the app-ca.log

  Work Around :

 

 1. Disable Open as Pop-Up on the requisition name field from the properties of the list page.

 

 2. Right click on the attachment and open in a new window.
