unable to print since updating Citrix XenDesktop, is it compatible?

Question:
cant print using CA Web Viewer add-in - Error in a box titled uomwv_~1 and reads: UOMWV_HelperControl: Did not successfully download report from web server. The user pressed Cancel or system error.
Problem since Citrix XenDesktop was updated.
Answer:
working now... The customer who reported the issue ultimately responded, a Citrix XENdesktop issue. We deleted the user profiles and when the users logged in again (new user profile created) the process worked - they were able to print reports..
