Question:
Client has installed the Introscope Workstation successfully, but after attempting to open the GUI, nothing happens.  It worked on a previous server, but not on the new server.
Environment:
Introscope Workstation 10.5.1.21 OS: Windows 7
Answer:
In this situation, the Workstation folder did not have the proper permissions.  Once this was changed, the workstation opened up fine.
