Perform one of the following:
1. Reinstall the most recent Spectrum base version (10.2 or 10.3 for example) over the top of the existing installation. Verify CAPKI is installed. On Windows, check for the C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SC\CAPKI directory. On Linux and Solaris, check for the /opt/CA/SharedComponents/CAPKI directory. Then reinstall the most current previously installed HotFix/BMP and then any post HotFix/BPM PTF and/or debug patches. Check the $SPECROOT/Install-Tools/.history file for the base version, HotFix and debug/PTF patches currently installed.
2. Upgrade to a newer version of Spectrum and verifying CAPKI installed correctly after the upgrade.
