Unable to login to SPECTRUM eHealth integration after running nhWebSso command (Legacy KB ID CNC TS31489 )

When using the command nhWebSso to enable Single Sign On on the eHealth server do not use the option -disableFallback. The syntax of the command should be

nhWebSso -hostname <hostname> -idleTimeout 10

 

Using the option -disableFallback  will actually disable the Single Sign On capability. . Run the command with the default options and authentication should complete successfully. Additional information on running this command can be found in Chapter 3 of the CA eHealth? and CA SPECTRUM? Integration and User Guide (5177) in the section Run nhWebSso Command Line Utility    If it does not please contact Technical Support.
