Issue:

Unable to login to CA PPM New UI 

Environment:
CA PPM 15.1
Cause:

This is a known bug CLRT-80125, fixed in CA PPM 15.2 

Resolution:

If you login to New UI it shows the error and you see the app-ca.log and you will see the below errors, it fails while checking the time zone.

Workaround: The attached TimeZoneConstants.properties file needs to be replaced with correct file, in the PPM folder and restart the PPM services.The existing file is stored under  C:\PPM_HOME\resource\gwtconstants. Please reach out to CA PPM Technical Support team for the correct file.
