Description:

When logging in to WebView, after authenticating a blank page is displayed, and occasionally the WebView login page results in an internal server error (HTTP 500). Additionally, accessing the CEM GUI can result in blank pages and/or slow response times.

This is due to inbound requests exceeding the default 4kb limit for the Jetty webserver. In most cases, this occurs when also using EEM for authentication and/or authorization.

Solution:

Increase the default Buffer sizes, by adding the highlighted lines below to the $EM_HOME/config/em-jetty-config.xml:

Uncomment the line below in IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.properties:

introscope.enterprisemanager.webserver.jetty.configurationFile=em-jetty-config.xml

Restart the EM
