The ip address that appears under error message, is related to another hub (not the primary), in this case, a secondary one that had already being removed from UIM.
No communication with controller (XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX) --> where XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX isn`t the primary hub ip address
Identified that the hub information was configured under registry.
Open regedit -> HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Nimbus Software -> NimBUS Manager -> Options and here verified that exist hub login key pointing to incorrect address.
Removed it and problem was solved
