The Visualizer admin url (http://HOSTNAME:9080/CMDBVisualizer/adminlogin.do) is failing to log in, but able to access Visualizer if going through a CI in SDM. Either a blank error will be seen or "User doesn't have enough privileges.", depending on the browser used.

This behavior is seen if the "Employee" (or a restricted Role) is the "Default" Role in the environment. When logging into the Visualizer admin login page, you must use a case sensitive userid.
When the User Name is entered, it must match the case of the contact record within Service Desk Manager.
