Issue:
After applying HOTFIX we are receiving the following on the CEM URL:



HTTP ERROR 404
Problem accessing /wily/cem/tess/app/login.html. Reason: 

    NOT_FOUND

Resolution:
HOTFIX was not installed successfully. 
Once HOTFIX installed properly, this problem was resolved.
