Unable to load pull information from JDE to create job

Issue:
The User ID that was being used to perform the actions did not have the ability to create any new files in the proper folder, despite being a part of the Administrator's group.
Cause:
By design, the Automic Workload Automation (AWA) needs a place to store the XML data when attempting to pull it from JD Edwards.  The location (not on the Automation Engine) that it was attempting to store that data was "locked" so no new files can be placed.
Resolution:
Unlock the directory path location to allow new files to be placed.
