The spin.conf files are stored at the following location:
- Windows: %IGW_LOC%
- Linux and UNIX: $IGW_LOC
If zero '0' bytes, no data in the file. (Usually caused by a storage problem on hardware)
Stop the iGateway service on both servers
Copy the spin.conf file from a working machine or recover this file from a Backup
Copy the file to the problem server
Restart the iGateway services.
