The 'dsa' user already existed but had a home directory of '/home/dsa'. The home directory for the 'dsa' account must be the same as $DXHOME, or /opt/CA/SharedComponents/CADirectory/dxserver by default. Under this directory, there is a .profile that needs to be sourced when logging into the 'dsa' account. Otherwise, the necessary environment to properly run 'dxserver' is not present.
Make sure the 'dsa' user has a home directory that matches $DXHOME. However, best practice for a new EEM install is to set the DXUSER to an account that does not already exist and let the installer create it.
