This can apply to both PPM and Jaspersoft, and all databases - PPM, DWH and Jaspersoft. Oracle Only
The root cause for this error message is that the tablespace needs to be extended. This is not a PPM issue, but a database, Oracle issue.
It may occur on another tablespace used by PPM and in this case the solution will be similar.
To resolve the issue, do the following:
For On Premise customers:
Ask your DBA team to extend the Oracle TEMP tablespace, provide them with the error code.
Restart the PPM services if errors were thrown in PPM
For On Demand customers:
Raise a ticket with Broadcom On Demand Support
In some very rare cases we find a specific job in PPM always causing this message, whilst the tablespace amount for TEMP is sufficient, this will need to be raised with PPM Product Support team.
