Unable to Export PPM Projects to MSP when Using IE 11

Issue:
When exporting projects to MSP from PPM using IE 11, the following message is thrown and MSP will not open: 
 
     'Do you want to open or save sched.nikusl (308 bytes) from <PPM URL>? Open, Save, Cancel'

The 'Do not save encrypted pages to disk' setting is already unchecked. 

Exporting a project from other browsers such as Firefox or Chrome work as expected. 
Resolution:
The MSP Interface, Schedule Connect and CAClarityAddin components will need to be uninstalled and reinstalled.
