Unable to download product using CA CSM

Update Product Release fails with the following:

 Getting Product/Release Information   

Request is to get release: (some release) 

              for product: (some product)

           using site IDs: (list of site ids)

 The product (some product and release ) is not available for the following site ID: (site id)


z/OS, Apache Tomcat, CA CSM


The site id is not entitled to the specified product and release or an Update Complete Release has not been done in Ca CSM from the Products tab.


Log into support.ca.com and verify that the specified product and release can be found listed in the download center for products. If it is not listed there then this is a licensing issue that should be resolved with sales accounting. If the product is listed then do an Update Complete Product List in CA CSM under the Products tab. After this retry the Update Product Release for the product/release.
