On some machines when you try to access the ITPAM client, Internet Explorer returns the error "Unable to download JNLPRequestProcessor from Server Name", "Unable to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later".
- From Internet Explorer go to the toolbar and select "Internet Options".
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Uncheck "Do not save encrypted paged to disk".
- Click "OK" and close the browser.
- Reopen the Internet Explorer Browser and log back into ITPAM and open the ITPAM Client.
