When logging into the AXA/MAA Admin portal one of the following errors displayed.
CA App Experience Analytics (AXA/MAA) any version
The Google Maps api used in AXA/MAA is restricted to registered hostnames. As this is a new installation the hostname is not registered and thus the elements cannot be displayed.
Log a support case with CA Support to request the hostname be registered.
- Access to the internet is needed for Google Maps functionality to be successful. However that access is required only from the desktop running the browser, not the actual AXA/MAA admin server.
- Open Street Maps (OSM) will be used in version 16.3 onwards
