Unable to deploy robots using ADE on UMP console to some windows servers

Issue:
When we try to deploy robots using USM to some windows servers the process is failing.
We are seeing the following in the ADE log at loglevel 5:

Environment:
UIM 9.0 and earlier
ADE 9.0 and earlier
 
Cause:
Antivirus on the target system was preventing the file from properly being created
in the c:\temp directory.
 
Resolution:
There are a few options
1) disable the antivirus while doing the installs.
2) check with AV vendor on why this is preventing the copy and how to allow the operation to complete
3) set an exclusion for the c:\temp from any AV activity.
