Question:
Why do these error messages appear in the Websphere Agent log?

[ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.Agent] Unable to create tracer factories for the following class (library not found): com.wily.introscope.agent.brtm.trace.BrtmTracer

[ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.Agent] Unable to create tracer factories for the following class (library not found): com.wily.introscope.agent.brtm.trace.BrtmHTTPResponseTracer

[ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.Agent] A problem occurred while attempting to Introscope-enable com/ephox/noos/data/Port: Invalid class file

Answer:
What those error messages mean is that browseragent.pbd is enabled in the Agent Profile as shown in the Autoprobe log below.

> browseragent.pbd
Finished file dump for /opt/IBM/Recursos/MSL_Monitoreo/wily/core/config/websphere-typical-NoRedef.pbl

And websphere-typical-NoRedef.pbl is enabled in the Agent.

So there are two ways to handle this.
Both options need to have the Agent stopped and then restarted.

1. If the browser agent is NOT being utilized, then the browseragent.pbd reference needs to be disabled websphere-typical-NoRedef.pbl file as per below.

# browseragent.pbd

Then save and exit and restart the Agent.

2. If the browser agent is being utilized, then the BrowserAgentExt.jar file needs to be copied over from <Agent home>/wily/examples/APM/BrowserAgent/ext to <Agent home>/wily/core/ext.

Then restart the Agent.
