Unable to create access policies for servers

When trying to create a new access policy we get an error message:
Message 20: Error occurred while trying to complete request. (76)
We also cannot import additional LDAP user groups. The LDAP Browser opens but doesn't show any data.
This is observed after an upgrade to CA PAM 2.7.


    The error message with code 76 indicates a generic database query error. There may have been a problem with the database upgrade during the CA PAM upgrade to 2.7.


    You will need to contact CA PAM support when you experience this problem. Open a support case and attach the system logs (logs.bin). The system logs are obtained by going to the Config > Diagnostic page and clicking on the "Download System Log Files" button in the System Diagnostics section.
