Unable to connect to CA TDM portal

Issue:
We have installed CA TDM 4,5 portal on one server however we are getting below error when we are trying to launch the application:
     "Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://xxxxxxxx:8443 again"
Resolution:
Please enabled only TLS1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 in your browser -> Interner Options -> Advanced as shown below.
After making these changes, relaunch the browser and test it.
