Unable to connect Primary HUB after robot upgrade to 7.91

Issue:

When we upgraded the primary hub's robot we are no longer able to login.

 

Environment:
Unified Infrastructure Manager - UIM 8.x and above
Resolution:

If you have another 7.91 robot working - simply copy the missing binary files over and restart the Nimsoft Robot Watcher Service.

  1. controller_ext.exe
  2. controller.exe
  3. spooler.exe
  4. module_loader.dll
  5. nim_shared.dll

Alternatively - simply reinstall the robot using the associated installer on support.nimsoft.com.

 

Additional Information:

This problem is related to an empty PATH variable under the controller environment tab:

For future robot updates the variable should be removed prior to deployment, and re added as needed after deployment.
