Issue:
Customer is unable to change form group in ROLES.
When he clicks over save button, it hangs and never saves the changes. A lock in the USP_PROPERTIES ROLE_SEARCH_FREE_TEXT  in ROLE_SEARCH_FREE_TEXT column is generated.
Environment:
Service Desk Manager 14.1.04.1
 
Cause:
The column ROLE_SEARCH_FREE_TEXT has corrupted content.
Resolution:
1. Take a full backup of the MDB database
2. Run the following SQL command to clear out the USP_PROPERTIES table

delete FROM USP_PROPERTIES

3. Take an OOTB extracted file from USP_PROPERTIES table from a working server
4. Via a command prompt from the directory where the 'usp_properties.txt' file is located, run the following commands

pdm_load -f usp_properties.txt
pdm_d_refresh USP_PROPERTIES


5. Restart the Service Desk service
