In the new UX (User Experience) some users are unable to add tasks to timesheets or create manual timesheets. These users receive an error 'Unable to retrieve items to add to timesheet'.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to the CA PPM New UX as the user with the issue
2. Click on the New UX Timesheets icon
3. Click on the timesheet for the time period of April 15 to April 21
4. Click the +Work button
Expected Results: Should be able to add task to timesheet
Actual Results: The message 'Unable to retrieve items to add to timesheet' occurs
This issue is caused by DE41169
