I have configured the networking but when I try to login to the "https://<TAP_IP>:3000" page, it says that the page does not exist.

Threat Analytics 2.2.2
When you deploy TAP, you need to configure the network settings to set the IP Automatically and you need to remove the values for IP, DNS, etc. already present in the configuration:

  • Login as netcfg to the TAP console
  • Edit the Wired Connection1:
    1. Select "Edit a connection"
    2. Select "Wired Connection1"
    3. Set the IP configuration to Automatic. Remove the IPs.
    4. Click on OK.
    5. Click on back to return to the menu.
  • Re-activate the connection:
  1. Select "Activate a connection"
  2. Select  "Wired Connection1"
  3. Deactivate and activate the connection.
  4. Click on OK.
  5. Click on back to return to the menu.
  • Click on OK to submit the changes.

Important: To ensure that the IP has been changed, go to the "Summary" tab for the server in the VMWare. If you see no changes, then reboot the server.
System should provide an automatic IP and you will be able to connect.
