In this example of a situation in which a customized form refers to an attribute that does not exist in the cnt object, when the Contact List is displayed, the zName field of each entry in the list contains the following message:

To reproduce the error, follow these steps:

open list_cnt.htmpl in wsp

2. From the top of the file, search for: hdr="Name"

The statement that is found should be:

<PDM_MACRO name=lsCol hdr="Name" attr=combo_name exportFmt=ShowLink link=yes startrow="no">

3. Confirm that zcombo_name is not an attribute that exist in the cnt object by running the following command at a Windows Command Prompt:

bop_sinfo -dq cnt | find "zcombo_name"

4. After the above line found in step #2, insert this line:

<PDM_MACRO name=lsCol hdr="zName" attr=zcombo_name exportFmt=ShowLink link=yes startrow="no">

5. Click File and select Save
6. Click File and select Publish
7. Run:  pdm_webcache -H
8. Clear the web browser cache.
9. Using the same web browser for which the cache was cleared in step #8, log into the CA SDM web interface as user with adminstrator role, select Service Desk tab, select Search dropdown, select Contacts, click on Search.

The error in the zName field shown in the screenshot is:

(Unable to access value list.zcombo_name.COMMON_NAME)

Reproduced using CA Service Desk Manager 14.1.05 on Windows.
As per step #3 in the steps in the Issue section, the attribute of the cnt object does not exist.
