Unable to access Reports under Reports Tab of CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM) - getting Http status 404 -/ OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp error

After applying CA Business Intelligence (CABI) 3.3 release/patch, when users try to use CA SDM Reports tab, they receive an error:
Http status 404 -/ OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp

Follow below steps to resolve the error message:

  1. Stop all CABI services from the Central Configuration Manager (CCM) program

  2. On the CABI server, from the command prompt with 'Run as Administrator' rights, change to the directory <CABI Install Directory>\SC\CommonReporting3\deployment

  3. Run the following commands:

    wdeploy tomcat7 -DAPP=OpenDocument undeploy
    wdeploy tomcat7 -DAPP=OpenDocument deploy

  4. Start all CABI services from the CCM program

Note: Refer to TEC600359 for any errors with CustomParams module
