Unable to Access Admin console after UIM upgrade to 8.51

Upgrade from UIM 8.4x to UIM 8.51, but when accessing the Admin Console from a web browser keep getting a Not Found Error:
What is causing the Not Found error when attempting to access the 8.51 Admin Console on the default port 80?

From the wasp.log file we see errors similar to the following:

Jun 06 08:54:51:879 ERROR [main, org.apache.coyote.http11.Http11Protocol] init() Failed to initialize end point associated with ProtocolHandler ["http-bio-80"]
Jun 06 08:54:51:880 ERROR [main, org.apache.coyote.http11.Http11Protocol] java.net.BindException: Address already in use <null>:80

This means that port 80 is already in use on the robot where the adminconsoleapp package has been deployed (primary hub by default).

Two options to resolve this:

1. Terminate the other application that is already using port 80 which is running the robot where you have deployed the adminconsoleapp package (probably not feasible in most cases)
2. Change the port that the Admin Console web app should use. Here is how to do this:

a. From the Raw Configure GUI for the wasp probe on your primary hub, select the setup folder from the left-hand pane, the Modify the following key in the right-hand pane.  For example:

http_port = 8080

Specify a port number that is not in use on this robot (8080 would probably be a good choice, but make sure that the port is not in use).
Apply the change.
b. Cold start (deactivate, then activate) the wasp probe on the robot where you have deployed the adminconsoleapp package
c. Clear your browser cache from the beginning of time
d. Access the Admin Console from your browser using the port you specified for the http_port key in the URL. Using the example port from above:

http://<hostname or IP address of your primary hub>:8080/adminconsoleapp
