U2004007 Error 'FAILED' in 'RSPC_API_CHAIN_START' call
Detailed Description and Symptoms

When running an SAP job the customer receives an error message like:

U2004007 Error 'FAILED' in 'RSPC_API_CHAIN_START' call.

U2000009 Job 'TEST_1' with RUN# '13453339' ended with return code '206'

This job is not even being started by the SAP system. Upon further investigation, sometimes customers have had an SAP system restored recently, or had some other major change to the SAP system

Please be sure that your CPIC user has the correct authorizations required as described in the documentation under Administration Guide? Installation? New Installation? Installation Procedure? Installing the Agents? Installing the Agent for SAP? Installing the Agent for SAP – Details? Step 7. Creating a CPIC User.
Please note that S_CTS_ADMI permission is required if the agent needs to start a ProcessFlow or job that needs this permission to run.  Similar to a  Windows agent: it usually does not need Access to a Filesystem where it is not installed on itself, but if you want to run a 'dir' on the file system, the User must have permissions for it.
