When updating, Automic checks all server objects (CPs and WPs) and will not upgrade the database if there are inconsistent names. This can happen e.g. if you changed the system name at some point. In that case, the table OH contains records of objects with Type SERV with a different name as the actual system name.
If this does not work, please contact CA Support and reference this article. Support will provide the needed SQL-statements to solve this issue.
