U0034036 There is no valid license for Agent '%AGENTNAME%' (license class 'V', license category 'Production', platform 'EX.OS.WIN').

After loading a new license, the agents of a specific License Category do not come up Active in the System Overview.

Configuration
Root Cause: The license file becomes invalid when there are blanks at the end of the license category column entry.
Resolution:
Do not arrange any changes on the license file.
License files have a certificate at the bottom, which also contain these blanks. Editing the file makes the license invalid, causing a complete system down if uploaded to the database.

Please contact your Account Manager for a new valid License file.

If there are valid licenses in other license category, the agents can utilize those in the meantime until the new license is provided.
