After an update to CA Automic Workload Automation Version 12.1.1 an error message can be shown in the message window of the CA Automic Web Interface.
U00045009 Error during execution of message 'TIMER' the following exception was thrown: 'com.automic.database.api.DBException:INSERT INTO PMIA (PMIA_MsgInsert,PMIA_PMID_Idnr,PMIA_Timestamp) VALUES (?,?,?)'.
U00011801 Error in Server routine 'com.automic.performance.IssueTracker', Server: 'XX#WP019' AE-System: 'XX'
The message is caused by the JAVA WORK PROCESS (JWP).
In the JWP Logfile the following information about this error is available:

U00045014 Exception 'com.automic.database.api.DBException: "INSERT INTO PMIA (PMIA_MsgInsert,PMIA_PMID_Idnr,PMIA_Timestamp) VALUES (?,?,?)"' at 'com.automic.database.impl.DBConnectionImpl.executeInternal():388'.
U00045015 The previous error was caused by 'java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: "ORA-00001: Unique Constraint (XX.PK_PMIA) violated
"' at 'oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer.processError():450'.
This error is caused by the JWP while tracking issues in parallel with the JCP.
The bug is fixed with the following version:
