Issue:
12.52 SP1 CR07 WebAgent on Apache 2.4.25 sets two SMSESSION cookies in HTTP_COOKIE request header variable when SessionGracePeriod (30sec) has passed after the previous SMSESSION cookie was issued.
Environment:
12.52SP1 CR06/CR07/CR08 WebAgent
Cause:
This defect was introduced in 12.52SP1 CR06 as a side effect of fixing a crash issue in CR05.
Resolution:
A fix module (libmod_sm24.so) was provided for 12.52 SP1 CR07 WebAgent for Apache 2.4.x on 64bit Linux.
Additional Information:
This fix is planned to be included in 12.52 SP1 CR09.
SMSESSION cookies are used for keeping the user sessions between User-Agent (Web browser) and WebAgent.
Usually they are meaningless for backend applications but the enlarged HTTP request header may cause some trouble on receivers.
