Issue:

This user can sign on to the CA Output Management Web Viewer, but when they click on 'advanced search' they get the logon credentials box. We decided to delete the user out of the list and let Web Viewer rebuild the ID. But the user is not in the list. We tried to create an ID for the user, but the message we get is that the user is already built. What can we do for this user?

Resolution:

Deleting the user out of the list and letting webviewer rebuild the ID resolved the problem. 

The user was not found in the list, but they were able to find the id the list by scrolling through.
