The following messages are being received when trying to logon to an application:
TSS7100E 031 J=CBLIVTAM A=*NOACID* T=N/A F=BATCH - Interface Error 1
TSS9405E No authority for internal security function ( )
What is the reason for this?
These messages are typically the result of the program library not being APF authorized.
The options to APF authorize the signon program are as follows:
- Put the signon program in one of the libraries (or sublibraries) suffixed with IJSYSRS, PRD1, PRD2, or CAILIB.
To find the signon program you can run a violation report (TSSUTIL) with DRC(1F) and one of the columns in the output is titled PROGRAM.
- Have the library suffixed with APFLIB (ie xxxxxx.APFLIB).
- Put the program in the System Directory List (SDL). If you choose this option, you should check with the vendor to make sure the program can be loaded into SVA.
Further information on CA Topsecret and APF-authorized libraries can be found in Chapter 9 of the CA Top Secret for VSE "Implementation:Batch, STC and APPC Guide."
