TSS0242E UNKNOWN KEYWORD - susp /* Co, when keyword 'susp' specified in lower case characters

Issue:
A TSS command ends unexpectedly with an error message, when keyword susp is specified in lower case characters and a comment is specified in the command.
ISPF Command Shell Enter TSO or Workstation commands below:

===> tss rem(rpri998) susp /* Comment ... TSS0242E UNKNOWN KEYWORD - susp /* Co

TSS0301I TSS FUNCTION FAILED, RETURN CODE = 4 ***
When SUSP is specified in upper case characters, or when the comment is not specified, the command works fine.
Environment:
Z/OS
Cause:
Application of  PTF RO97905 caused this specific problem.
Resolution:
PTF SO01735 required
