Solution:

The TSS9079E INVALID DATA, when doing a TSS MODIFY BACKUP, usually means CA Top Secret was unable to open the backup file during CA Top Secret startup.

As indicated by the TSS9097E and TSS9004I messages during the startup of CA Top Secret , there was a problem opening the CA Top Secret BDAM and VSAM backup files.

Verify the backup BDAM/VSAM datasets exist, are cataloged, available, and accessible, and the dataset name is not misspelled in the CA Top Secret startup proc.
