Question:

When running an external security trace, the call that is being made shows up for EXECUTE as:
entity=ENDEVOR.PACKAGE.DISPLAY.LIST

What I was expecting was:
entity=ENDEVOR.PACKAGE.EXECUTE.EXECUTE

What is causing ESI to look for ENDEVOR.PACKAGE.DISPLAY.LIST?

Answer:

Within the c1defts table there is an option for:

COMPLISTWD=LIST,         COMPONENT LISTING STRING ID

If an element is being checked and anywhere in the name it contains the value of LIST, then the software believes it is a listing library member.

This is the way it has always worked.
