Touchpoint on clustered nodes keeps dropping

Issue:
Intermittently, touchpoints in Process Automation go down, and the agents seem to no longer be communicating with the orchestrator.
The agent services are running, but in the orchestrator they are shown as not active.
 
Resolution:
Set the agents to use deprecated comms as there was a communications issue using simplified comms via the load balancer.
To set the agents to use deprecated comms, log into the orchestrator and select the configuration tab and expand Agents.
Select the agent and lock that agent.
Select the properties tab for the agent and put a check in the box for Use Deprecated Comms.
Unlock the agent and save the changes.
