Question:
How do you set up the time zone on Oauth Manager?
Answer:
Within the "OAuth manager dates clients" policy there is an evaluate regular expression assertion with the following replacement defined:

>${current.yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss}<

You will need to change that to the following:

>${current.local.yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss}<

The time will now be displayed in local time within Oauth manager.
Additional Information:
Please note however that starting in OTK version 4.0 this particular policy is read only and you would not be able to make that change if you upgraded from a 3.x version. You may want to open an 'idea' via the ca communities to see if this policy is can be customized in future OTK releases:
