Issue:
Tickets are no longer being created in Service Desk Manager from Process Automation Instances.

Examples of errors in PAM c2o.log
ERROR [com.optinuity.c2o.workflowengine.WorkflowManager] [ Recovery] Could not retrieve flow instance for: 4559413 
ERROR [com.optinuity.c2o.service.serviceoperation.workflowserviceoperation.WorkflowRunner] [ Recovery] WorkFlow could not be recovered. Error is from WorkFlowManager. ROID is 4559413 
com.optinuity.c2o.util.C2OException: Could not retrieve workflow from database at com.optinuity.c2o.workflowengine.WorkflowManager.queueFlow(WorkflowManager.java:2779)

Resolution:
User for PAM integrations password was expired. Also purged archived instances.
