TIBCO BW6 flows is not shown in Team Center Experience View

Issue:
We have downloaded & implemented the CA APM Monitor for TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x to instrument and monitor our BusinessWorks 6 services.

However, there is no metric displayed against independent TIBCO Business Flows but rather all grouped as "DEFAULT" in the Team Center Experience view:

Cause:
By design, only left most elements in the map such as Frontends, Business Transactions, Browser Agent URLs show up in the Experience View. TIBCO Business Processes or Business Flows will not show up in the Experience view as of today. The Default seen in above Experience View could either be that experience card is from another agent and not TIBCO, of if it is from a TIBCO agent, then the TIBCO agent may not have Frontends.

 
Resolution:
We do not officially support any field pack downloaded from the CA Marketplace.
TIBCO 6 will be supported through CA APM 10.7 core agent. Please upgrade to 10.7 agent if enable monitoring of Tibco BusinessWorks 6 services.
