When first installed Threat Analytics 2.0.3 and integrated with PAM 2.8.2 or later, error message can be found in Inshight menu as below.
"500 - We're sorry, but something went wrong.".
1. Log in through Threat Analytics with root.
2. Reboot physical machine of Threat Analytics.
3. Go to https://ta-ip-address:3000 and check all engines are green and active.
This issue is not found in CA Threat Analytics for PAM 2.2
