Creating a session via the command line ( UXADD SES  ...) can contain only around 270 uprocs.

The UXADD SES command with more than 12200 characters crashes and generates a core as it is shown in the Error message.

It is possible to add more 
uprocs via UVC, but it is impossible to do so via CMD line

Please note that on Windows Server the OS limit is 8192 characters per command
